Just a quick note to let you know how I'm getting on so far. You can remember how I came into your house that day, so down and depressed. My hair must have looked such a mess, so lifeless, with me scratching it so much and getting my own blood under my fingernails, even though there wasn't much of them - they had even given up growing. The spots, and colour of my face must have scared you, and with being so overweight and depressed, my self-esteem was just like me - on the floor.
I had been to the doctor's and he had given me iron tablets and told me to give up my job. The iron tablets didn't seem to do much at all, and at 23 years old, I felt like I was 60 already. Within 4 days I was feeling fantastic. I had so much more energy, even more than when I had been a teenager, because since the age of 11 I have suffered from Lupus.
It's so great now to have such good skin and shiny hair and each week I'm losing about 2 lbs without even trying! I don't suffer with mood swings either, and it's so good to have so much energy. I can think about owning my own business, running a good house and appreciating great kids.
